Hey Camp Families!
We’re already gearing up for Summer Camp 2026, and trust us—it’s going to be amazing! Ten weeks of fun takes a lot of planning, and right now we’re working hard behind the scenes to lock in awesome trips, exciting programming, and all the little details that make camp unforgettable.
Here’s what you need to know:

About the program
About Camp
- For children ages 4 to 12 years
- Multi-activity day camp
- Licensed facilities, qualified employees
- Weekly trip
- Two snacks provided daily, one pizza lunch weekly
- We restrict foods brought from home or restaurants in order to protect the children in our programs with life-threatening allergies. Families must provide lunches that are peanut-free. Other allergens may also be prohibited.
Hours of Operation
Camp programming runs Monday to Friday, from 9 AM – 4 PM.
- Extended care is included in our fees. Locations open at 7 AM and close at 6 PM (locations hours may vary).
- Camp does not operate on statutory holidays (e.g. Canada Day, Civic Holiday, Labour Day).
Fee Policy
Non-Refundable Deposit: Upper Canada Child Care follows industry standards requiring a deposit to secure placement. At the time of registration, a non-refundable deposit equivalent to two weeks of camp fees per child is required. This deposit will be applied to the final two weeks of camp in which each child is enrolled. See centre for full details.
Payment Platform: All payments must be completed through our account management system; Parent App. Accounts must be activated and any deposits received prior to attendance. Families seeking fee assistance from the region must provide proof of subsidy to UCCC at time of registration.
Fee Schedule/Monthly Payments: Summer camp fees must be paid in advance monthly.
- July Fees: Due June 1 (less any applicable discount or deposit).
- August Fees: Due July 1 (less any applicable discount or deposit).
Withdrawal Policy Written Notice: Withdrawal notice must be provided in writing (email) by May 15. Monthly fees will be charged as normal on accounts which have not provided sufficient or appropriate withdrawal notice.
*CWELCC Funding and Eligibility: Children are eligible for fee reductions up until the end of the month that they turn 6. Families with children turning 6 in July will receive the CWELCC discount until July 31. As of August 1, full camp fees will be charged for that child. Childcare fees have been partially funded by the government. If for any reason this funding is not available to UCCC, decreased, or eliminated, families will be responsible for the full amount of childcare fees for any applicable child.
